  This office is passionate about making patients feel safe and comfortable. The staff is kind and they have a great bedside manner. They make the hard procedures easy and the pricing for their services is below the average for the Birmingham metro. I checked around. Dr. Koplon is very skilled and is easy to talk to and understand. He takes the time to explain what is going on and more importantly, he really makes the effort to keep the discomfort to a minimum. After I had my first root canal, he called my home that night just to check on me and make sure I was resting comfortably. That was so nice as he knew I was unusually nervous about having the procedure and what would happen to the site after I left. The whole process was really no big deal. I credit him and his staff for that. I recommend this office without any reservation whatsoever.

  Me and my family absolutely love Dr. Koplon and Dr. Adam! Their dentist office is more like a big family! They are so good with my younger son and very gentle with me since I have a slight fear of the dentist! The dental hygienist and dental assistance are very knowledgeable and so kind! They are very good to work with you whether you have dental Insurance or not. Highly recommended to anyone needing any type of dental care !!

  Excellent Service. I called this office on a Friday afternoon for an emergency appointment. The assistant that answered was extremely genuine with her concern for my pain. She said they were totally booked but because of her concern she said "oh my goodness, they are gonna kill me but if you can make it here, they will see you". I am so grateful for her empathy and caring demeanor. I made it there and the staff was just outstanding. Everything was explained fully and they made me feel at ease about what needed to be done. The dental assistant was so very nice and calming every step of the way. Dr. Adam Koplon has to be one of the nicest, most caring and empathetic dentist I have ever met. He made every effort to ensure I was comfortable and I wouldnt feel a thing. It was the best dental experience I have ever had. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking professional, courteous, and caring dental care. This office will now be my place to go for any dental care. Kudos to Adam and his staff.
